althought it was not the step by step support I was looking for, it did allow me enough to figure out how to program with the operator II, so I say to the board here thanks. As frustrating it can be I really think adj should look at their manuals and think hey this product may be brought by someone who's just starting out. and last keep doing what you all are doing have a great 2004.
