Tempest Variations

Hi all,

So I've been considering tracking down a used ADJ Tempest for some time now and want to get straight all the different varieties of the unit. I know the only real difference between them is the lamp. It's pretty self-explanatory except I'm confused by the Tempest II. It seems that some used a 150w discharge lamp, others use a 575w halogen lamp, and yet others use a 575w discharge lamp, while the Tempest 250 uses a 250w discharge lamp. Is this correct? If so, what's the model name/number for the 575w discharge version and is it brighter and/or better than the 250w version?

This is what I got from our service manager: The "575 was the brightes bit the MSD 250 had better color saturation. The 575 was Tempest-II/575"
