tech support..does it REALLY exist ????

hey all--I bought a pair of MIDIPAK controller faders andbout 2 months ago
I have not been able to get them to work,
there is NO real manual that comes with them
and i have tried to get tech support to help me out...
so far in all that time i have recieved 2 email saying..
we will get back to you soon..and NOT a shred of real help yet...
these midipaks are sitting here--almost useless cause i cant get them to work...I WANT to use themm---id LOVE to use them ---I need to use them,,,but so far
I CANT USE THEM.
Can I please get some help here.
Has anyone sels been in this situation with Elation -- ADJ..????

hey try the elation forum it is up and running now. im sure they will hwlp u or if all else fails try e-mailing this guy john@ elation lighting.com ( i broke up the link cause of the net bots) give those a try and i am prety sure u will find some help there. or are they an adj product? cause elation won't help with adj stuff. just elation gear! peace! jingles!
