T-Par Dotz System noise

I bought two of these and both have a high pitch buzzing on them. However one is far worse than the other and this happens when one of the lights is dimmed on Green. I swapped around the lights but the noise seems to be coming from the power bar at the back. Is this normal? I know dimmers can buzz but this is awful. Is there a way to remedy this? Thanks
