Swivel Beam Help

Got a problem here. Last weekend we were playing all as usual and i notice one of the swivel's is goin all no go on me. I tried everything but when the power is on the light stays on and the mirror doesn't reset or anything, no movment from the barrel or the gobo's it's ****.
anyone had thos before, do i need to send it in to service or is this a simple one? can i fox it myself? anyone know anything? thanks
