Sweeper Beam Quad LED and Freestyler Problem

I'm using Freestyler. Using the sequencer,the fixtures will move just fine when I'm adjusting the tilt setting, (step one- 30 degrees, step 2-90 degrees, for instance), but when I play back the sequence, the fixtures will not move.

I'm using a fade between steps, not snap.

Sounds like an issue with freestyler, which is not an ADJ supported product. Sorry. The fact that they work in the program under manual control tells me it seems more like a software issue and not one with the actual lights.

After switching things up a little, and changing to "snap" rather than "fade" from step to step, it works. Is there something in these lights that would keep them from moving slowly via dmx? I should add that I'm using 39 channel mode.

If there is a speed channel for the movement, yes that could be it.

I tried, and the movement speed (for the built-in movements) don't make a difference.

Has someone else had success with adjusting the movement speed with other DMX setups?
