Does SUT (to you use register the dongle) have to be active each time you use MyDMX?

Not not at all. It just needs to be running for when you log into the webstore with the MyDMX buddy for firmware upgrades or purchasing upgrades. sometimes it helps just to log in and do another Sync if it hasn't been done for awhile.

Says 0interfaces?(it goes by quick)
Does it show up in device manager? What release date of the software do you have installed?

Open hardware manager and see what it is showing up as in there. If it says sushi1A_Bl let me know.
PS: MyDMX 2.0 software cannot be running if you try to open Hardware Manager. close it first. Hardware manager can be found in the MyDMX2 folder on the C Drive on windows or the applications folder on Mac.

in the MyDMX2 folders, look for an app called, "SIUDIdriver" and run it, it'll re-install the drivers.

Yes, I find that my last downloaded SUT just disappears from my computer. Must be a time limit on it so we ensure we have the latest ones.
