While mid show my device will disconnect the connect to a device called siudi10A. Does anyone know what this is or how I can fix it? Sorry image is blurry.

What device are you using? android or iPad? Have you ever hooked it up to a computer and tried changing the WiFi channel?
I am using an iPad, I have not connected it to a computer, I honestly didn’t even know you could. Is there a guide online somewhere I can reference?

If you give me some time, i can record a small video showing you how to do it via the Hardware manager app for mac or Windows. you can go to the myDMx GO product page now and download it and install it. you could even just give it a shot yourself, its very simple.
