starburst question

Hi,I just want Starburst to move in 1 direction at a certain speed in 1 colour without running dmx. Have gone into manual mode and picked color but then the starburst doesn't move. Manual not much help explaining what i want to do. Can anyone please tell me how to set up starburst to run 1 colour and then how to adjust speed and in only 1 direction. Thanks

press MODE
use UP and DOWN to get to
MANU (Press enter)
then
use up and down to choose COLOUR (press enter) and then choose "NOTO" (motor) you can then use UP and DOWN to set the speed
