Stage Builder - Where is it?

I for the life of me cannot find the 3d stage editor/builder etc. in version 2... where did it go?

It is non-existent as of yet. ADJ are promising it, but that may just be a pipe dream(ESA2, which is what myDMX2 is based upon was updated Oct 11, with the 3D visualizer/stage builder working).
