Spiral Scan Discharge Lamp Not Striking

I just purchased an American DJ Sprial Scan off of ebay. When I first got the light, it worked fine. I then unplugged it and went off to dinner. I came back later to mess around with it and now the lamp wont strike. I opened it up and had the power on and the lamp has a little bit of flicker and makes some noise like it is trying to strike, but it isnt fully being able to do so. Does this have to do with voltage or is it a burned bulb or something completely off? Also, the light sort of makes a loud buzzing noise when the lamp is struck, sort of like parking lot lights. I have several other lights that use discharge lamps, but this one is particularly loud and annoying ha. Anyway, any input would be awesome. For reference, it uses the ZB-SC150 lamp.
