Speed control for ScanTron

I was wondering if I can control the SPEED on the Scantron (PAN/TILT) when programming.

If anyone knows, Please let me know.

If yes, which controller can do that (example: DMX Programmer..etc..)

only using the fade time on playback as there is no speed control on the Scantron

So what your saying is that Scantron has one speed and when I make my scenes and play them I can control on the controller how fast they will move throught the chases using the fade slider.
