I am having trouble at a club with getting the rainbow 250 to work. Real quick they have a
show designer controller, 6 joy 150's, 6 rainbow 250's, and a tempest.

I cked all the xlr cables and made sure they were run correctly, I cked the auto patch ck and it also had the same settings as the lights.
I get the joys to work fine, but the rainbow 250's aren't working, ( I cked each light individually, taking off the dmx controls and setting them back to 0, I found 3 lights needed a bulb, but besides thatthey work fine. I have no control over them with the show designer for them to come on, change color, or do a color chase.
they are also having trouble with the tempest. first they had a mini c and it would not blackout. then with the show designer again it doesn't do anything. also one of its stepper motors is jamming and making a mirror make a loud noise.
please help I can not figure what else I am missing to do. They are also looking to expand their dance floor and are looking for more lights, im looking for them to get 4 fascinators, and 2 bats- want to start adding the laser to the club.
