Monday April 12, shipped back the Vizi Led Spot with the bad gobo wheel to customer service dept. They issued a UPS tag and I packaged the light in the orginal 2 boxes. I included a note that it was Prom season and I needed it back asap.

I'll keep you informed on how long they keep it. I am tracking the shipment and I'll know when they get the light. UPS tells me 2-3 days from Texas to Sunny CA. Lets hope they turn it around quickly.

I shipped my 64 LED Pro back on Friday the 9th, they should get it today.

Want to see which one of us gets our fixture back quicker? I ideally want mine back for an event on April 22nd, but I know it won't happen. Then I have another pair of gigs May 7 and maybe May 8. The big event I'm worried about is May 22nd and I should have no problem by then.

Best of luck. Let's hope Service isn't deluged with other repairs so we can get our fixtures back soon.
My gig if it happens on the 22nd is small. I might be calling Service on Thursday for a status report. I'll see if they can slide your fixture in front of mine in the cue. Even if I get the gig on the 22nd, trust me, missing 1 LED Par can won't make a difference since I have 4 Mega Bar 50's and 4 Mega Panels. I can fill in the gaps quite nicely!

And if I still don't have them for my gig on May 7th, same deal, I got enough to fill in the blanks.

I also have other lights I can deploy into service, so I'm definately not out of commission by a long shot.

Based on pricing, I'm ALMOST willing to take a shot on 4 of those new Profile Panels as well.

Shortest days out is the winner, but let's see if you can get back first since your needs are a bit more urgent.
