When saving I get "The library you made has no light beam, please put at least a lamp."

I have no idea why it does this. I've opened a profile that I know works for the Chauvet Color Strip Mini and attempted to edit it, but when I go to save, I get that error message. This has happened on 2 completely different setups of myDMX (latest ver). I did make sure there was a lamp in the profile, but I'm also trying to update the profile so that it's more functional in the 3D visualizer.

It seems to give me the same error no matter what profile I open as well.

what exactly are you trying to do so that it is "more functional" The lamp error is in the settings of the profile. You have it set up as a fixture, but the traits you built or changed have it set to not have a lamp/shutter

Well, I was hoping to give it multiple beams and be able to do RGB mix in the visualizer, but aside from that, the only reason I tried to edit it in the first place was to correct the size of the fixture. When I modified the size initially, it gave me the beams error. I'll look in to fixture type.

I took a couple screen caps after copying the original profile back into the scan library folder... This is the default profile without any editing. Should I send those to the email address in your signature?
