Revo 4 master, reverting to slave at power on

Permanent install. Difficult access. If power is turned off, my master (connected to UC3) changes to slave, then obviously does nothing. It will only change to master if I unplug the actual slave's power and let the planned Revo 4 auto change to master then plug in the planned slave. The Revo has an "auto master - slave" feature. Is there a way to turn it off and set the one to always be master?

A delay timer relay or a wired in switch to the slave would work, but would rather not.
