REVO 4 Help

I just got my first LED DJ lights and so far all of them are working great except the American DJ REVO 4, for some reasons there are 4 vertical columns of green and white LEDs stay on and wont turn of no matter what settings i pick. i have a prom on Saturday and this light is my center piece, if anyone knows how to fix this please help me!!! i'm new at this so any help would be much appreciated!
