Hi Datucker,

this is allways case sensitive and depends on the service your dealer offers.
Some do exchanges, some do repairs.

Since the unit is not on stock at the moment, it would be repaired and sent back.

Average service time is normally 24 hours when we have the unit in our service department
Plus delivery back and forth between us and the dealer + back to you.
ok, here's the answer i got from support:

usually, you give the defective device to your seller. he then contacts ADJ and gets an RMA number.

ADJ then mandates some package service and the device will be sent to ADJ for repair.

arrived, the transaction will be processed and after the vms has been repaired it will be sent back.

the whole process can take up to 8 or more working days.
