Will AA be working to fix the fact that there is no channel separation or whatever you call it when recording with VDJ ?
Thru the vms4 you can hear both channels regardless of fader when trying to record a mix.

I am yet again surprised, the Hercules RMX didnt have this problem.

I am so trying to keep this thing regardless of all the non sense. Its beautiful.

Tony currently VDJ is tied up in other projects we apologize for the inconvenience. The Error is cause by 2 factors that cause the conflict.
The VDJ LE software is routing the recording to you computers recording interface. Also LE records the softwares GUI levels since the mixer is not mapped this is why we are hearing both decks.

If you wish to record you have several different options on the VMS4. use a recording program there are many free eazy to use like audacity, you can use the booth out of the VMS4 to go in to your computers line in or use an external sound card.
I share Tony C.'s frustration. Support provided me the sound advice of plugging my out into my computer and that just didn't work (most likely user error) after multiple configurations in VDJ and Windows.

I also tried installing/running Total Recorder (great tool), but that seems to have conflicted with VDJ7 or something else to the point that I now have the Blue Screen of Death....so am about to wipe my entire drive and start all over again.

Solution I chose: Bought a digital recorder (Tascam DR-08) for $130....money I shouldn't have had to spend when the feature is there in the VDJ software.

Highly disappointed.
