Radius 2.0 + American DJ 3ch controller

I recently purchased a nice bundle:
*Chauvet Radius 2.0
*American DJ RGB 3C controller
*and a DMX cable
All are DMX compatible but when I sync them, there's little to no control over the light show!
Radius's manual states the DMX channel is d1 and can also be 510.
I tried both and no luck! Maybe different companies?
Any help? Thanks!

the issue you are seeing, i believe, is that the controller you bought is an RGB controller, and the light itself is three channels of mode select. Channel one is Auto Programs, Ch2 is rotation, and Ch3 is Strobe... the controller will still be able to work....but you would only be able to use the faders to make the light work... i hope this helps you out....
