questions on FC400

I'm looking to purchase 2 DJ Scan 250s and 2 Rainbow 250s. I would like to have floor control and be able to run each light separately via midi and/or the floor controller through scenes. Will the FC-400 allow me to do this?

As far as I kno and Im 95% sure unfortunately the FC400 is only for use with par can effects for dimming and chasing etc. You need to get a DMX controller in order to control the Scans and the Rainbows (ie DMX Operator, Show Designer etc).
