Question About DV@ USB and Radius 3000

I want to use this setup to control Virtual DJ. Do I need to plug my mixer and both Radius 3000's into my computer with their USB cables?

Also, when I plug my mixer in to my laptop, VDJ doesn't recognize it. I'm currently running VDJ 7.
