Quad Phase no go on DMX

I have 2 Quad Phase lights that I used as master and slave until I switched to DMX. 1 works fine and works well with my other DMX controlled lights but if I use the second one it messes with every thing I have hooked to DMX. It does not matter where it is in the chain or which channel I assign it to. I was going to switch the boards to see if the problem followed but the lights have different components in them.
