Programming Chauvet Spot 150 with MyDMX

Just purchased two Spot 150. I've loaded the profile and both respond as one. Can not get the 'dip switches' correct for the second one. Using 11 channels so the address for the second one should start at d012, right??

if it is dip switches, 3 and 4 should be ON...the rest off
