Profile Request - Le Maitre Radiance Hazer

Hello. I just bought myDMX 2.0 for our church. I saw you already have a profile for the Radiance hazer, but the existing profile only occupies one DMX channel. The hazer actually uses two. My guess is that's why I can't get the hazer to work with myDMX right now.

Per the manual for the hazer...

"the hazer occupies two sequential
addresses. The selected address is the Haze rate and the selected address + 1 is the fan
speed. Control is from 0 - 100% with ‘0’ turning the output off."

Can you please build a new profile for this hazer to match the specs above?
