New MyDmx 2.0 user here, trying to het all my light profiles. I am only missing one. I have sent emails to every applicable source I could find online, but have received no response thus far.

Can anyone out there help? Direct me to a profile or someone who can build me one? I would be perfectly happy to build it myself, but there is no editor thus far.

The light that I need a profile for is:
Stage Ape "MIABY" (LED SPOT, 12 LEDS= 3 Red, 3 Blue, 3 Green, 3 White)

#1- Master Dimmer
#2- 0-4 No function
5-63 Strobe from slow to fast
64-68 Sound active strobe
69-128 Thunder strobe
129-132 Sound active thunder strobe
133-192 Gradual bright from slow to fast
193-196 Sound active gradual bright
197-245 Gradual dim from slow to fast
246-250 Sound active gradual dim
251-255 no function
#3- Red LED Dimmer
#4- Green LED Dimmer
#5- Blue LED Dimmer
#6- White LED Dimmer
#7- 0-9 no function
10-169 fixed colors
170-179 Auto mode 1
180-189 Auto mode 2
190-199 Auto mode 3
200-209 Auto mode 4
210-219 Auto mode 5
220-255 Auto mode 6
#8- Controls the speed of auto modes 1-6 on Channel #7

Does anyone know where to get help with profiles? I have tried emailing MyDmx people directly with no luck. I email the "Jeff Pardee" who was posting on this forum all the time... i received an automated reply back saying that Jeff was no longer employed with them, and it gave me another email to send my profile request to. I sent the email there, and have not heard anything.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks
Sorry Cupofjoe04, did read the post too fast. The only way I know is to send an email to Jeffrey (hoping that the Mayas where wrong about 12-12-12 Wink )

Tanguero- Thanks for the info, and no apologies needed!

Emailing Jeffrey was actually the first thing that I tried. However, I received an email back from Elation stating that Jeffrey no longer worked there, and that all profile requests should be sent to another email (it was like profile request@elationlighting.com or something like that). I have never received any reply from that other email, despite multiple attempts.

I also have tried emailing customer service, no replies either.

I tried posting up on the forum to see if anyone else has a solution, can't find one yet.

I really want to just put this info out there for others to read; hoping that #1- I might happen across the profile that I am looking for, and #2- someone else who reads this forum and see's Jeffrey's posts and thinks it is very easy to get any profile you need (as I did), doesn't get misled. It appears Jeffrey was working very hard answering tons of questions and helping lost of people JUST before I purchased my software...

However, now it feels like Elation has left us out in the cold on our own, at least in my experience. We could be just in a little gap here while they sort a few things out or get the right person to replace Jeffrey (I'm only assuming, based on the email I received from them); or this could be just how it is from here on out. Unless American DJ or Elation communicates and tells us different, I can only assume the latter. I sure hope that changes very soon. There are many people out here who need advice/profiles/help and just general customer service.
