Well... finally gave up with the ADJ profile panels... Just accepted that without putting the panels directly on top of the speakers the sound active mode is basically useless!!! So today I bought an ADJ RGB 3C controller hoping that after spending another £40 I would finally be able to control the panels!!! .....ANOTHER WASTE OF MONEY!
The sound sensitivity on it is spot on, BUT the rest of it is poor... VERY POOR!
AUTO MODE... It does away with the profile panels reasonable patterns and just flashes a few random sequences of variations of the LED red, green and blue colours! BORING!
SOUND ACTIVE MODE... Very responsive... But again just flashes to the beat, NO patterns!
PROGRAMME SELECT...Again no sign of being able to select the panels own patterns, just a miss mash of flashes which make the lights look like they are faulty!
SET COLOURS...BLUE OK... RED OK... GREEN OK... The rest... I must be colour blind!
To top it off...No explanation of what the lights need to be set to in the instruction manual
So you have to search the Internet...
Described as a simple controller... SIMPLE is exactly what it is... But in my opinion not much use either?... It will simply be plugged in and thrown under the table and only used to improve the sound active mode of the panels even if its at the expense of loosing the built in sequences of the profile panels... If the mic's on the profile panel's were any use I would chuck it in the cupboard and not bother getting it out again! VERY Disappointed!!! OR IS IT ME? Perhaps ADJ would be better advertising what lights it works best with as surely it must work better with other models?
Any body got any idea's as to if I'm doing something wrong?
Thanks in advance for any idea's SAM
