ProColor not responding to DMX

I have a Elation ProColor fixture. When I turn it on, the lamp turns on and the color wheel and shutter / frost auto align. But it will not respond to DMX signals. I am using a Swisson DMX tool to test it.

Any suggestions?

DOuble check your DMX addresses. Also, check your polarity on your DMX signal.

Without doing more research, that would be the best I can suggest.

I did double check my dmx addresses. Polarity is fine. and I don't think this fixture takes a phased reversed polarity like Martins, I am going to post this on the elation forums, thanks Jingles.
