i bought my vms2 a week for christmas, after i saw a dj friend using his vms4 i realy was waithing to use my unit
now i'm reading the instructions and i said that i have to do a firmware update
so i contacted american audio europe (i live in belgium) where i can find this update
they asked me what firmware was on my unit and they told my i could see it when i startup my unit at the leds that came up
when i told them i saw one led on the left and ten on the right the aswer was that thats wrong
and i have got a falty unit
now i dont understand how it can be that a brand new unit has porblem whit it
now i reading al of these topics here and i realy affraid that i better bought a otter unit from a diferent brand
