Problems getting chauvet led rain 56 rgb and led rain 38 to work with the profile avalible in the latest my dmx software i have added them and im getting very limited functionality is there and way to get full functions that are shown on screen.

or do any of you know another profiles that would get them to work fully.

thank you in advance and sorry to ask such a question as pretty much a newbie to the site
