Problem with VDJ LE 4 Decks Mode

i do only know little about VDJ... but i know you have to set it to external mixing mode. did you?

if no one else jumps in here, please have a look in the VDJ forums, they do have a special VMS thread over there...

After i failed with Trakor i tried VDJ and again the VMS4 Fails...Everything fails wtf with that console...I have also made post in VDJ forums and w8ing for reply...Ty for ur time...

well, that points more in the direction that you do sth wrong...

what exactly were your steps in traktor?

That is an easy one. Your VMS4 (VMS4.1) can work a few ways. One is with the EQ on the mixer working (Changing the sound)and the other as just a controller (sound not changing), this is if you want to use the EQ on your software (Traktor) and not have it double up by being re-EQed(?) by the mixer. In the manual it will tell you how to switch back and forth, it is done when you power up.

On the VMS4.1 VDJ LE, the EQ knobs turning are just for show, they are not changing the sound. The actual EQ'ing is happening in the mixer

Just of the many reasons the VMS4 and VMS4.1 are still groundbreaking controllers that continue to be copied by every over DJ manufacture.
