Hi,
I'have one problem with myVMS4. because my English is bad, I attach video files to explain what it is.

I have already reported the problem to European support for a couple of weeks, but so far I have not had any response yet.

Have you installed the latest firmware update (3.11) in your VMS4?
What map are you using, the original or one made by you or another user?

The firmware is 3.11 and I'm using the original mapping.

However, I installed VDJ Le on another notebook with Windows Vista and CPU Intel, I connected the VMS4 and I'm experiencing the same problem.

I did some tests with MidiTrace, apparently, the controller sends strange signals to VDJ.

Thanks in advice for your answer and sorry for my terrible English.

It is strange, you may have a problem with your usb connection or a internal bad runs may.
If your VMS4 is less than 15 days, I recommend that you contact your dealer to be replaced by a new one. If not, then check the warranty conditions.
