Hello to all,

I bought my controller in March and with little time of use I noticed that the printing the white traces of MIDLOG2 and MIDLOG3 faders are disappearing. Here in Brazil, the provider of a guarantee of only 3 months (90 days). Who should I use to try to resolve it here in my country? It is possible that a device like this has this kind of problem! It is one thing inadimissível! Not in cheaper equipment that happens!

i think all VMS4 loose their paintings after few hours of use. Mine starting disappears after only 2-3 gigs (about 8-10 hours of use)and now it's almost "all black", after about 6 months of use.
Bad quality painting, I suppose but styleflip is a too much expansive way to obtain a brand-new feel-like VMS4.
Here in Brazil there are not official suppliers of American Audio. Ensuring that the seller gave me is only 3 months and already over. I do not know what to do! Even if I try to sell the equipment, it is because they depreciate with these defects!
I regretted buying this controller! It was the first and last time I buy a product of American Audio! So far no one answered the support nor the supplier told me! A total disregard!

DJ Rodrigo. Your concerns have been passed to the Distibutor in Brazil for support. They should be contacting you shortly.

Hello. The supplier contacted me last week, but as yet had no solution. I wonder how my problem will be solved because the equipment used for work and can not leave it like that!

Just touch the gray straps are marked with fingerprints! How can a company that is already in the market for years, failing to finish this way? Neither BCD3000 which costs half the price of VMS have this problem and look it was widely criticized at the time of its release... I swear if I knew that I would present problems VMS finish that way, I would not have changed my BCD3000 it would not have it! For me, finishing is essential! I very disappointed with the American Audio ...

Were in the process of supplying the Distributor with new face plates that have the correct baking temperature on them. Unfortunately we had several go out this way and there was no way of catching the issue until we had feed back from customers. We are handeling the issue on a case by case basis. Dj Rodrigo please be patient and I assure you it will be handled.

Hello, Service Boss.

I received an email from the clerk, "Benjamin Campos" which works in DECOMAC, representative in Brazil, informing that the photos I sent to him were analyzed by American Audio and they said the reason for this is because I used a chemical product to clean the equipment and in that case, could not be repaired. I would never use a chemical that would spoil my equipment. I'm not a kid! I zeal for my equipment! In addition, he told me that there is no case in the world like mine! What nonsense! How many people are here on the forum complaining about this same problem? And now, what will you do? The representative did not want to help me! I want this problem to be solved, but I will take the necessary steps and go behind my rights!

Regards.
