Pocket scan with alignment problem

Is there a way to reset the alignment of the head on a pocket scan without having to send it back to the MFG? I am having difficulty with the head alignment on one of my scanners while all the rest are ok in position the one is out of alignment. (all are run in the same position spaced about 4 feet apart and it isn't a matter of pysical adjustment. The head is offset compared to the others). I really don't want to send it back as I am booked way too much to let go of even one of these for a couple of weeks. It would ruin my hwole lighting scheme that my customers are used to. BTW, these lights are only a week old.

Any help is appreciated! Thanx in advance.

if they are only a week old take back to where you brought them, if that is not an option, send back and rent from the place of purchase if that is not an option buy another.
