Pocket Scan focus problem...

I just bought 2 pocket scans from dj otto... the one unit works great, but the 2nd unit, the lens's where the light comes out and hit the mirror was inside the light. i put the lenses back together with that little black ring thing between them, but it will just not focus all the way...
Me and dj-otto tried to work out fixing it, and it is definitly from damage via fedex... wanted to see what the support team thinks.. any idea's?

Hi Dan,

Hope you got them working OK. I had a thought after looking at my Mighty Scans, The bulb sits in a bracket attached by two screws. you might be able to slide this bracket up or down to focus the light better.

If worse comes to worse I paid for the insurance through Fed-Ex. Let me know how they are working.
