I need the exact ranges for the fixture settings. I find the chart in the manual confusing, at best.

Try looking them up from the Compuware information in fixture settings. Aww heck just gimme a call. I'll help you out with it.
Unless "Support" has a chart with the DMX settings for each channel on the Pocket Scan. Whatcha say Support? do you have a pdf or text chart of DMX values for each channel on a Pocket Scan?
