I just bought 3 pocket scan's.

Pocket Scan #1 was new in the box and it has an issue. Of the three little buttons on the front under the DMX address screen, 1 / 10 / 100, button 100 will not depress unless you remove three screws from the top left side of the unit. Any ideas?.

Pocket Scan #2 also is new, just was not in the box. It's an oddity of it's own. Pocket Scan #1 and #3 both have volume knobs on the top of the unit (near the xlr connections). Pocket Scan #2 does not have a volume knob but it has an antenna (1 and 3 do not have an antenna).

Of the bunch, Pocket Scan #3 seems ok but is missing the light bulb access door (it was the display model), is this an item I can order from American DJ?

Having all of them linked via XLR and in master /slave mode, Scanner 1 and 3 are running the same sequence of colors, shapes and movements, so I believe they are operating normally. Scanner 2 is running a different sequence of colors, shapes and movements than 1 and 3 (to include moving "off beat", almost like it's in it's own little happy world).

Is the Pocket Scan's internal program's different? If so, how do you make them the same? Should I just bring these back to the store? I have been waiting so long to get a set of these. I think these are the best set of lights out there!

I know for a fact that #2 is the oldest of the scanners. The antenna you found is for the wireless remote that was supposed to ship with the light when it first came out on the market. However that remote was never put into production. There might be some sort of software update you can run or something but you would have to ask American DJ on that one.
