we just installed 2 Pocket Pro units in our church. We are using QLP+ on a dell laptop with a DMX King USB interface. We are having issues with the units “losing” their pan tilt calibrations. They will go to the correct spot multiple times, then suddenly getting completely off track and point in the wrong spot. What am I missing. The pan tilt values are not changing in the software. Is there a setup step I am overlooking. These are the first moving heads we have purchased so I am assuming operator error. All other DMX units are ing perfectly. The error seems to crop up whenever we try to program a new event with a new pan tilt location is a radically different location. Can this unit jump gears. FWIW, today was the debut performance and it worked perfectly (the congregation was impressed)
