Please wake up and update

My DMX 3.0 is not working in OS X high Sierra (10.13.6) Please fix this.

Airstream DMX is not working in iOS 13.2.3 It crashes both in settings and patching. Fix please!

I have relied on both of these adj products. I know that Apple provide detailed information to developers ig good time before a new os is rolled out.

Why is it so difficult to keep up and have products that work in the latest operating systems? Do I really have to stay in an ancient operating system because of ADJ?

This is insanely frustrating!

I am now in a situation where NOTHING is working!

Hi, i am very sorry that you are having issues with both of these products. I do know the developer of the airstream app is hard at work trying to fix the app even as we speak.

I have not heard directly of many issues on myDMX 3 on Mac OS recently, can you tell me what issues you have so we can check them? The latest Mac OS my Macbook is on is 10.15.1, are you able to update to that OS version?
