PLEASE HELP --SHOWS/SCENES AND FIXTURES KEEP DELETING

WHEN I CREATE SCENES AND RUN SHOWS IT WORKS GREAT ALL NIGHT BUT IF I TURN OFF COMPUTER AND START MYDMX2.0 THERE SEEMS TO BE FIXTURES DELETED FROM THE SHOW AND THE SCENES I CREATED NO LONGER WORK . I HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT THINGS AND SAVING AFTER EVERY SCENE CREATED AND SAVING FIXTURES AFTER CHOOSING THEM BUT THEY STILL DISAPEAR FROM THE SUPPOSED SAVED PROGRESS. WHEN I START NEW AGAIN IT WORKS GREAT UNTIL THE LAPTOP GETS TURNED OFF AND RESTARTED AGAIN . PLEASE HELP
