Hello . I have a problem with my DMX. Every time I try to insert tools in BRAND, it shows me this message, and it doesn't work to connect any tool. The tablet is connected to the internet, and it still shows me this message. Has anyone happened to that ? thanks

Have you both went to the MyDMX Go product page and updated the firmware using the Hardware manager tool? you must do it on a windows or Mac computer, it cannot be done over a tablet.
yup, and changed the internet settings around. No worries. I'm going to go a different route anyway. Thank you for your help.
