PLEASE can somebody Help me

We got MyDMXGo as it was highly recommended, but we can't 'find' our lights and need to create a profile, when we follow the link from ADJ to the instructions for Profile Builder it doesn't save any details, I've been repeatedly trying to contact them and ADJ direct and I'm getting nowhere and now have only 3 days til we open. PLEASE somebody help!
