pinspot LED RC

I've got a pinspot RC that I'm testing out for application purposes. It's been on the charger for 12 plus hours now, and when I turn it on, the light comes on for about 5 seconds, then it starts flashing. This is after taking it off the charger with the 1 light on showing a full charge.
