I believe their is a picture of 3 crank stands in the picture.
Thanks Ultra.
We built these setups 10 years ago when Intells were our of budget for practical use in mobiles. The reason we use these bars if you loof closely at the first three pictures You will notice very minimal wiring. We had a machinest custom make the bars for us then we permanetly attached the lights to the bar, and ran the wiring internally through the bar. We run one entire stand off of a single 21 wire cable with a socapex connector. The only thing not always attacted are the effects on top, but there are 4 outlets on the back that these plug into. To set up the entire light show in the biggest system only takes 5-10 minutes. Not bad huh? I will post some close ups tonight when I get home to upload them.
Toad you show off... BTW what cranks & truss are those to support the weight of your speakers?

How do you like the cranks we have in the first pic. 16 feet, and the nice thing is all the gears and cables are run internally throught the pipes of the stand, no wires outside the stand to get snagged on anything. I just can't find anyone who makes them this way anymore.
"nice setup, but sum questions to ask u. how come u also bring tons of parcans. u can bring scanners to make it look like a club setup. how cum u use 3 or 4 light stands when u can have 1 truss stand and expand it to 15 feet of coverage with an extra Ibeam? "

Have you ever setup truss Ultra? It can be a pain in the ass.

Why not charge extra for it?
The event happens once a month so I have to set up and tear down for the once a month gig. The venue is set up for live band stuff so the lighting system isn't designed for cool dance lighting. The club has five Trackspots mounted really high covering the dance floor. SO we needed cool effects mounted at eye level, that's where I come in. I am amazingly happy to say that what you are seeing in the pics are my Mighty Scans. I am truly blessed. Three years ago the only effects lights I had was black lights, a mirror ball, and chasing par cans.

Its pretty cool, you can call it a rave but it doesn't fit the stereotype. There is no alcohol, smoking, or drugs. You get people that are truly there because they like electronic music and just plain hanging out. There's an awesome "vibe" felt throughout the crowd each event.

Yes there is a lot of fog. We haven't had any complaints just yet.

Thanks guys for the compliments, it really means a lot.
