Parts not sold outside of us why ?

Hi I recently bought a vms4 and the volume fader stoped working, eu support took care of me this time but I'd like to stock up on a few parts for the future to save time and I don't want to annoy The support as they've been very helpful Any answers why or a place for me to buy parts would be very helpfull thanks,
