Pan / tilt tracking issue

I have a problem with 2 / 4 clay paky Sharpy not moving as fast as they should but only in certain scenes - eg my blackout scene and other scenes track as they should but a couple don't even after recreating the scenes from scratch in a brand new .dlm file.. (As I thought perhaps my one that I actively use may have been corrupted). This did not fix the problem. I know it's not the lights because when I put all the lights on a DMX channel from one if the working lights they all track the same. Also I've tried them on another controller and they work fine. Is this a glitche I can fix easily because its making my show look unprofessional.. I've recorded a video for you. To see what I mean as its hard to explain.
