When you put it into this mode it is easy to miss. You need to look for the decimal point at the bottom off the display. When you go thru the menu it will move from the far right to the left to differentiate the DMX modes. Hope that helps.

I do have the manual and I am following the manual's instructions.

I am following the dot under the numbers, however it literally goes from the "dot under the right number" to "no dot" to "static color mode". I can't get a dot to ever show under the middle number.

I have tried numerous times to make sure I wasn't double hitting the mode button and I have tried other button combinations in case of a programming change, but no luck.

I do appreciate the help so far though...

It seems that you have the first version of the 64 LED Pro's. Please call the Service Dept at(800)322-6337 and we can arrange a way to get your units updated to the latest revision.
