#1-How does this sound for a lighting setup?

luna 4
2 epsilon's
2 roto pods
16" mirrorball
2 pinspots
1 mystic
4 par 56 color cans
1 megastrobe
1 mar*** hazer

I'm just about set to but the luna 4,epsilon's and rotopods.

#2-By the way, what is the best way to hook up the luna 4...power wise?

#3-Does this setup offer good variety and ease of setup? I have a standard truss and may get a pair of crank 2 tripods to ease the bulk of setting up.

#4- Are "O" clamps good?

#5- Any suggestions?

Thanks to all that reply!

i'll answer question 5 for you. Yes, the oc-clamps are amazingly easy to use and can hold an enormous amount of weight. When i first got into mobile lighting, I was using c-clamps and I always worried that they were not tight enought to hold my lights. In addition they always scratched up my truss bars. Th o-clamps can open and close in a matter of seconds and they provide enormous amounts of reliability

  • #2-By the way, what is the best way to hook up the luna 4...power wise? the best way is the light co-pilot

  • #4- Are "O" clamps good? whole lot better than C & S clamps

last try some intelligent lights w/ a DMX controller rather than pinspots
