Keeping in mind that I do not have much experience with the whole DMX lighting and controller technology. I just purchased an American DJ/LSC Operator Pro. I am simply amazed at the fact of only having 14 pages for a device that is to have so many features??? I am very pleased with the cosmetic appeal of the unit and I look forward to learning how to get the most from all it has to offer. However, when I ordered it they forgot to send the personal technical advisor I will need to run this thing. I was using a ******* DMX-50 which I was able to finally program a few scenes and chases and make the joystick work prior to getting the Operator Pro. I decided to make the change after hearing that American DJ offer a wider range of support and that there were a few features added that I would like to have, with all of this in mind, I expected to get a much more informing manual.

14 pages have gotten me nowhere. CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO GAIN MORE INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIAL???

Videos? More detailed manuals? other product videos that are similar in the DMX programming??? Throw me a bone here...

Thank you very much,

Well I have spoken with someone from ADJ and so far have some questions answered. They are sending me a DVD that is suppose to have instructional videos on it. I will post back with details on what I receive.

Thanks to all that have replied to me post...

I still have not received my DVD that was promised. Can anyone help? I have made great achievements in the whole DMX programming, but still have a few things I would like to work out. One would be getting the joystick configured. NOTE: I have 6 Pocket Scans and 2 DJ Scan 250's. Also is there a special thing I need to connect a fog machine up to use the button on the Operator Pro???

Thanks in advance,
