Operator Pro

Can you tell me if you guys at ADJ plan on putting out either a new manual or an instructional video for the Operator Pro. I'm sure I could do a lot more with it if the manual was written with more detail or I had some type of DVD/video explaining the how to's. I've called support a couple times but it sucks having to call about something that should be explained in the manual. The DMX Pro is a nice unit. It's just to bad to manual tells you pretty much nothing.

AMEN BROTHER!!! I also have an Operator Pro and have struggled to finally get it up and working. I still need help getting the joystick to work but have managed to program the fixtures, scenes and chases and get some pretty nice light shows going.

We spend $1000's of dollars on sound, lights and controllers and when we buy an intelligent lighting controller like the Operator Pro, you would think the manual would be a little bit more intelligent!!! It's the cliff notes version of the cliff notes user manual.

Please help us American DJ.

P.S. Still awaiting the DVD promised to me...
